They are not in business of help children and actually care about the difference between the parents. His law firm and gal services are nothing more than glorified extortionist. And I’m here to tell you the story I have the proof and evidence Last December I was in the court room with Mr. Hamilton, who after months of us asking for a bill and to discuss the bill for his services to be paid. He dodged our phone calls and emails for two months. He was our kids GAL from July until December and he never met with our kids except for on their initial meeting and he met with me and my ex one time and he tried to bill us $10,000 for his services. I think we ended up paying $6000 total after me and Bob Hamilton made a gentleman‘s agreement in the very same courtroom that our custody paperwork was signed in. The agreement was that since he did not want to go over his bill and services with us that I was not going to pay anymore than what we have already paid which was a total of $6000 then he went behind my back to ask my ex-wife again got another thousand dollars from her to be tacked on to our custody agreement with the courts. Fast forward to three months later. Now he has secretly gone around and cheated the system and has started garnishing my exes wages, all in an attempt to be paid for services that he did not even do. He has since gone against his gentleman agreement. Will be taking steps forward to make sure that Mr. Hamilton and his GAL services or attorney service’s in this state. Mr. Hamilton is in the cash generating business. He literally only practices law the only two sectors which are not closely monitored in attempt to make as much money for himself and destroy as many peoples lives by billing extra hours and services. I know this because then when you ask your attorney about the GAL fees, they tell you that the GAL will file a motion to strike, Pleadings, which they use to intimidate families in order to get their fees paid. Mr. Hamilton did file a motion of staggered pleadings, and after talking to him in the courtroom the day of our hearing we made a gentleman agreement because he knew his goose was cooked, and I shook on it. All Mr. Hamilton is after is making as much money from unsuspecting families by By becoming a GAL and finding the loopholes in the system and extorting them to the greatest level.
