Harshbarger Law Firm - Twin Bridges, MT

Lori Harshbarger holds herself out to be a Parenting Coordinator, and has been my PC for 3+ years. She appears to have no training in mental health, and it is unclear whether she has training as a PC. Lori does not consistently or timely perform her duties as PC, although she sporadically performs them well. Over the last year, she has repeatedly failed to deliver on her commitments to the point where I have requested a refund (but have not received it). Despite my repeated requests to her and her staff for confirmation that she will resume her required duties, she has not done so, which is disappointing. I feel as if I'm being held hostage because she insists she is my PC, but she will not perform her duties or provide a simple status update or even communicate. She has declined to provide records related to her work upon my request. I expected more from a professional and am bewildered by Ms. Harshbarger's apparent belief that this is acceptable conduct for a business.

My time sensitive legal matter was handled in a respectful and efficient manner superseding expectations and requirements.
