Natalie Burns - Henderson, NV

Natalie Burns is an accomplished attorney at Michaelson Law, specializing in estate planning, asset protection, trust administration, and probate. She is licensed to practice in both Nevada and Utah and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist claimants with pension benefit claims.

A Las Vegas native, Natalie graduated cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a degree in Psychology. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Before joining Michaelson Law in 2015, Natalie gained valuable experience in criminal defense and social security disability law. However, she discovered her true passion in estate planning, where she takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of planning for the future.

Natalie’s dedication to her clients is deeply personal. After caring for her mother, who lived with dementia for many years before passing in 2022, Natalie developed a profound understanding of the challenges families face when dealing with illness, disability, and loss. Her empathy and personal insight enable her to provide compassionate and comprehensive guidance to her clients.

Outside of her legal practice, Natalie is devoted to her family and community. She is married and the proud mother of three daughters. Natalie serves in her church’s women’s organization and enjoys cooking, baking, dancing, music, biking, and all things Disney.
