Attorney Information
Overview
Arun Luckoor is a passionate advocate for injury victims and a rising trial lawyer dedicated to making the legal system work for everyday people. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-falls, and premises liability cases. With every client he represents, Arun brings a strategic mindset, a deep commitment to justice, and a relentless drive to win.
A proud graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Arun earned his J.D. in December 2024. While in law school, he served the community through extensive pro bono work, earning the highest honors for his contributions. He was also a dedicated volunteer with the Kids Court School program, where he helped educate children about the court system and reduce trauma for young witnesses. Arun remains actively involved in the legal community as a board member and President-Elect for the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas.
Originally from New Hampshire, Arun attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where he majored in Public Health. Before law school, he built a diverse professional background in political campaigns, healthcare policy, and finance. These experiences sharpened his understanding of systems, strategy, and the real-world impact of the law—perspectives he now brings into every case.
During law school, Arun honed his advocacy skills through hands-on legal work in personal injury, medical malpractice defense, corporate law, and criminal law at the district attorney’s office. Having seen cases from all sides, he understands how insurance companies and defense counsel operate—and he uses that insight to fight smart and hard for his clients at Gillock & Coggeshall.
Arun prides himself on being approachable, responsive, and clear with his clients. He knows that a personal injury case is never just about money—it’s about getting answers, accountability, and peace of mind. He is proud to be part of the Gillock & Coggeshall team and looks forward to helping injured Nevadans stand up for what they deserve.
Outside of work, Arun is an avid tennis player and lifelong Boston Celtics fan. He enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, exploring Las Vegas, and getting outdoors whenever he can.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
