The third time is a charm. Having gone through 2 attempts in the past to create a living trust, we had all but given up and resigned ourselves to leaving everything we still had when we "flew west" to the state. Our CPA gave us this firm's info, so we thought, "maybe the 3rd time is a charm". We are extremely happy with the John Park Law family and will call on them again if we are in need of a lawyer. I personally give them 10 stars.

We found the Park law firm online, It had good reviews so we made the call. We have been exceedingly satisfied with the services provided for us out of state family members in the legal profession gave us suggestions and every one was carried out without us asking. Had to find a good Law Firm in Las Vegas to deal with several legal issues, death and Trust of my Father, General and Medical Power of Attorney, for my Mother, as well as Estate Affidavit. We're very happy with the services received in establishing our Family living trust. Presentation was very thorough, helpful and informative, along with the Q&A sessions. The final product, put in one 3-inch binder plus a thumb drive (e-copy), makes it quite easy to execute and "fund" our living trust. We can now be at ease and assured, knowing our estate plan is done and our wishes will be executed, thus, avoiding tedious, costly and lengthy probate.

Very pleased with Samuel M. Warren, Lawyer, John Park Law firm, because he took time to listen to the issues, our concenrs, explained the possible solutions in lay terms so that we felt totally informed so that we could make a decision on the options presented. Our 2nd meeting to sign the revisions was great because, again Sam explained each section to me and my niece, who is Executrix, of my trust, as I signed the sections. Some revisions were needed . We met again with Samuel's associate to pick up the final version. When we had questions that the associate could not answer, Samuel again came in and spent time with us to go over each section to confirm that the changes had been made. I would call on John Park Law firm, preferably, Samuel Warren, for whatever legal matters, if any, that might come up in the future.

This was our first lawyer interaction that we have done and John Park's crew worked flawlessly on our trust. We were kept informed on the progress and the work was done quickly. We even made small mistake and Ran Chae quickly corrected my error. Overall our family was very happy with the work.
