Dave serves as Chairman of the firm's Litigation Department and also serves on the firm's Management Committee. Since joining the firm in 1992, he has built a successful general commercial litigation and employment practice. Dave represents firm clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings. He routinely handles trade secret, non-competition, predatory hiring, fiduciary duty, discrimination and wage and hour cases. He also writes and lectures extensively on a variety of employment related topics. Dave is a certified mediator who serves in that role frequently for the state and federal courts, as well as the New Hampshire Commission For Human Rights.
