Audubon Real Estate Lawyer

Overview

While Rob was a first-year student at Delaware Law School in 1980, his father, local Southern New Jersey lawyer Harold P. Gleaner, called his friend Frank M. Lario, Jr. This initiated what turned out to be a long and close relationship. Shortly thereafter, Rob met with Frank and his partner, Joseph M. Nardi, Jr. and became a law clerk. As time went on, Rob was promoted to an associate with Lario and Nardi, and eventually became a partner in the firm in 1987.

While the legal experience was invaluable, what was more important were the lessons he learned about working with clients and their problems. No one was ever turned away. Fees were paid in accordance with the individual's ability to do so. Frank loved to tell stories about how his father, Frank M. Lario, Sr., also a prominent lawyer, was sometimes paid by way of vegetables or bartered services. The point of the story was that one should never let a fee come between the lawyer and his client.

Frank and Joe eventually became Superior Court Judges and the firm continued until July of 1994 when Rob joined his father, Harold, who was practicing law in Audubon, New Jersey since the early 1960's.

Rob is a graduate of Rutgers (B.S., 1978) and Delaware Law School (J.D., 1981). He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. As a Municipal Court Judge, he sees legal issues from both sides of the bench, an advantage for all his clients. Rob's father, Harold, served "of counsel" to the firm until his passing in 2017.
