Overview

Paul D`Alessandro focuses his practice on nonprofit law, charitable gift planning, philanthropic advisory, family law and real estate law. His experience includes counseling individuals, families and businesses on the complexities of charitable giving, reviewing charitable gift contracts made by donors to nonprofits, and conducting operational assessments and multi-year philanthropic plans for Section 501 (c) (3) organizations. He also devotes part of his practice to family law matters.

Mr. D’Alessandro has also created a firm, which counsels non-profits and donors in strategic planning, capital planning and management, organizational effectiveness, fundraising and dealing with high net worth individuals. His initial practice of law started as a Judicial Clerk for the Tax Court of New Jersey. This led to work in Deloitte's Consulting Practice and later Alexander Consulting Group where he was Vice President of the International Division focusing on tax matters of high net worth individuals living overseas.

Mr. D'Alessandro graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a major in business management and received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. He also spent a year studying at the Universität Innsbruck (Austria). He was admitted to practice law in 1984 in New Jersey, New York ,Florida and the US Supreme Court. He is also accredited with the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.

Mr. D'Alessandro is involved with all cases handled by the firm. He knows every matter and every client from the beginning of their case to the conclusion of representation. All of the clients' needs are considered and discussed prior to the acceptance of any and every case to ensure that all matters are adequately handled to the best of the firm's abilities. Emergency matters are handled expeditiously and every client can communicate directly with the attorney and his staff.
