Elaine M. Cohen is a New Jersey native who obtained her B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University. She graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. After graduating law school, Elaine served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Leonard J. Arnold, formerly P.J. Cr. for the Superior Court, Somerset County.

Elaine has prior experience in various areas of law including employment, contract, commercial, insurance, land use, real estate and litigation. She has devoted the last twenty years in practice at Witman Stadtmauer P.A. with her focus on corporate transactional law, business planning within private family-owned businesses, sale of dental, medical practices and general medium sized businesses in various industries, including technology, restaurant, manufacturing and distribution companies and consulting businesses. Elaine has represented many multi million dollars M&A deals. Elaine has a passion for puzzles and thus strives to apply practical business solutions and out of the box strategies to achieve client goals.
