Forked River Divorce & Post-Divorce Law Firm
Overview
Everyone facing a marital breakup "hopes" that their setting can be resolved peacefully and without great expense. To that end, the lawyers at Diamond & Diamond are ready to help settle your matter reasonably.
Sometimes though, issues of property division, alimony, child custody and child support cannot be resolved amicably and require seasoned lawyers with solid, respected trial court experience to properly protect them and guide them through the process. If presented with an acrimonious divorce or custody matter, the lawyers at Diamond & Diamond are similarly ready and qualified to represent your interests properly.
The law firm's managing partner, Richard Diamond, has been practicing family law in this state for the past 32 years, is an accredited family law mediator, and designated as a Certified Matrimonial Trial Lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court because of his specific trial and appellate court experience. The firm's other partner Lynn Gianforte has been practicing family law exclusively for the past 17 years; initially working for a Park Avenue NY family law firm and then joining Diamond & Diamond, where she has worked for the past 12 years. Both partners have extensive experience practicing before the state's family trial and appellate courts and both partners enjoy excellent professional relationships with the judges they appear before.
Each of the firm's lawyers is dedicated to upholding the strictest standards of ethics and work hard to ensure the best possible outcome for their clients.
The law firm of Diamond & Diamond handles family law matters exclusively with its primary focus on divorce litigation, arbitration and mediation work, family law appellate practice, post-divorce claims, domestic violence trial work, premarital and cohabitation agreement drafting / review and contested adoptions. And, while the firm's office is located in Millburn / Short Hills, its client base is drawn from Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Bergen and Monmouth counties.
