Frank P. Brennan, Esquire, is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He graduated from Richard Stockton College and Rutgers University School of Law.
Mr. Brennan has considerable experience in a broad range of insurance defense and coverage areas, as well as insurance fraud and bad faith claims. Mr. Brennan has litigated on behalf of numerous insurance carriers including the Allstate Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Selective Insurance Company, Encompass/CNA Insurance, Empire Fire and Marine and Utica Mutual Insurance. Mr. Brennan represents the special investigation units of Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Selective, Encompass and NJ Cure Insurance Companies.
Mr. Brennan has brought suits on behalf of his clients in New Jersey against numerous healthcare providers alleging violations of the New Jersey Insurance Fraud Protection Act. Additionally, he has litigated in state and federal courts in numerous areas including employment law, commercial litigation, comprehensive general liability, automobile liability and healthcare fraud.
Mr. Brennan is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators.
