Ms. Marek is an Associate Attorney at Wolfenson & Ashkenazi, P.C. She was named a 2026 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. She attended Ramapo College of New Jersey and Hofstra University School of Law. While at Hofstra, she was enrolled in the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Legal Clinic, where she assisted veterans with discharge upgrades, helped them obtain disability benefits, and appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She also served as a staff editor for the Family Court Review. Her student note, titled “Majority Rules: Establishing Postmajority Support to Disabled Children in New York,” was published in the journal’s April 2022 edition.
Her practice focuses on matrimonial, name changes, and family law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Marek served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James J. Guida, J.S.C., in Bergen County for the 2021–2022 judicial term. During her clerkship, she conducted legal research on a wide range of family law issues and assisted the court in its decision-making process.
Ms. Marek is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the NJSBA Family Section, and the Union and Essex County Bar Association.
