Overall I was satisfied. The support staff was communicative and quick, my initial consultation was helpful, and they were on top of everything leading up to the hearing for my traffic ticket. However, I was a bit disappointed in Mr. Abate on the day of the hearing. He'd met with the prosecutor beforehand and gotten my ticket reduced, but had forgotten that I was a PA driver and had gotten my charge changed to something that would not have been advantageous considering that fact. Luckily, the judge offered a different resolution that made more sense for my situation.

Mr. Abate, Mr. Aiello, and Mr. Portanova took the time to walk me through the process of what both my husband and I could each expect.
