Overview
Caela Baker graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2012. She was the recipient of a Dean's Award for significant contributions to the law school community, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to joining Harvey, Foote & Baker, she served as a staff attorney to the New Mexico Legislature in Santa Fe. Since then, she has dedicated her career to representing injured plaintiffs in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, hospital negligence, wrongful death, and other serious injuries. She is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and AAJ's Nursing Home Litigation Group.
