After more than 20 years of service to the residents of New York state, our law firm has earned a place among the state's leading firms. As a result, we have also earned a number of honors, including the Barry A. Gold Law Firm Leadership Award thanks to our pro bono work with The Legal Project.
If you face a legal challenge and you live in eastern New York, look no further than our law firm, Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC, for the assistance you need. By scheduling an initial consultation at our law office in Albany, you can learn why the people of the region have put their trust in us since 1995.
Our firm understands that many of our clients come to us during difficult and stressful times in their lives. We strive to educate our clients on the law and their options so they can make educated decisions about the trajectory of their cases. We understand that, while the matters that bring our clients to us are incredibly important to them, the vast majority of our clients have limited funds to spend on legal representation. With that in mind, we openly discuss with our clients the relative costs of various options and help them to engage in a cost-benefit analysis.
The attorneys in our firm pride themselves on being creative problem solvers and refuse to take a one-size-fits-all approach to our cases. We spend time with our clients getting to know the facts of their cases intimately so we can help them brainstorm possible solutions to the problem that brought them to us. Particularly in matters involving families, we believe that working together to come up with a solution that addresses the needs and concerns of all involved to the best extent possible is almost always preferable to litigation, which can do irreparable damage to relationships. That being said, our attorneys have extensive litigation experience and, in the event that settlement is not an option, we are willing and able to zealously litigate on behalf of our clients.
