In 1996, two of Utica's oldest and best established law firms, Felt, Hubbard, Bobrow & Hallak and Evans, Lutz & Panzone merged to become Felt Evans. The history of these firms goes back to the early 1800s. We have the original deeds, titles and maps of many local properties in our office.

We have maintained a tradition of excellence since 1804 and our reputation as a reliable, well-respected law firm carries forward to this day. We have helped generations of families in Central New York with their legal problems over the years.
