Overview
I am attorney Kelly A. Damm, and my Ithaca law office is dedicated to providing skilled and caring legal representation to individuals and families throughout the surrounding areas. I earned my J.D. from Albany Law School in 1999 and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2000. Since then, my mission has been to offer clients stellar legal counsel and trial advocacy in an array of practice areas, including:
- Family law — Adoptions, abuse and neglect, family offenses, divorce, property division, child support, custody and visitation, paternity, attorney for the children and more
- Criminal law — Driving while intoxicated (DWI), traffic violations, drug offenses, hate crimes, hazing, juvenile delinquency, murder and all other charges
In every case, my clients' best interests are paramount. I also understand that every client is a unique individual with unique legal needs. For this reason, I work hard to fully answer my clients' questions, carefully listen to their stories and craft creative solutions to their concerns.
I am also proud to support the local community in numerous ways. I am a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Tompkins County Bar Association, the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association, Running 2 Places and the Ithaca Rotary Club. I also support charitable organizations such as the Cancer Resource Center of the Finger Lakes, the Special Olympics, the SPCA and Hospicare in Tompkins County.
