Charles S. DeAngelo is an attorney at Fessenden, Laumer & DeAngelo, in Jamestown, New York. Mr. DeAngelo earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Cornell University and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He holds licenses to practice law before the state courts of New York, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
