Melville Matrimonial and Family Law Lawyer

Overview

Russell I. Marnell, the lead attorney of Russell I. Marnell, P.C. has litigated many matters through court decision. The majority of trials concerned family law issues such as divorce, custody, equitable distribution and child support, while others have involved orders of protecting child abuse and neglect matters. Mr. Marnell is a member of the prestigious American Inns of Court as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is "preeminently rated in an international law directory."

He has handled many personal injury matters involving car accidents, slip and falls, construction- related injuries and medical malpractice claims.

Having passed the CPA examination and holding an MBA in accounting along with his law degree, Mr. Marnell has established his reputation for understanding, teaching, lecturing and writing. This knowledge is an invaluable asset in cross-examining witnesses, determining lost future wages resulting in structured settlements, and obtaining favorable judgments for clients.

His extensive experience with mental health professionals and doctors provides Mr. Marnell with a working understanding of DSM-IVR, brain washing and Parental Alienation Syndrome. Despite many years of trial experience Mr. Marnell firmly believes in attempting to settle all matters fairly whenever possible. At The Law Offices of Russell I. Marnell, P.C., we examine the cost benefit of each case, so clients do not spend $10,000 in assets. Clients are fully informed of the information so they may best make an informed decision before proceeding with their particular case.
