Michael is a 2013 graduate of the Touro Law Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, NY. After graduation, Michael completed a post-grad fellowship at Touro Law’s Disaster Relief Clinic assisting those people affected by Superstorm Sandy. From there, he started his career in criminal defense working at the Nassau County Legal Aid Society. He began private practice in criminal defense in November of 2016 working with Bekoff, Feinman, LoPiccolo & Kauffman, P.C. In September of 2023, he started Michel Nolan, P.C. with partner and fellow trial attorney George Michel.

Michael is currently an Elected Director of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. Michael’s zealous advocacy coupled with his years of criminal defense experience, both in public and private practice, gives him the ability to secure the best possible results for his clients.
