Overview

Ashley F. Williams joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2024 and is an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Williams has represented the City of New York in a variety of real estate cases including, landlord-tenant proceedings, commercial real estate lease and contract disputes, inverse condemnation and construction claims. She has extensive motion practice experience, including drafting motions for summary judgment, to dismiss, to reargue and opposition papers.

Williams has made oral arguments and appearances in the New York Supreme Court, Housing Court and Small Claims Court. She has conducted trial preparation for case litigation and has questioned witnesses throughout the course of trial in a contract balance construction case.

Prior to joining Rosenberg & Estis, Williams was an Assistant Corporation Counsel within the Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Division at the New York City Law Department.
