Overview
Matthew is our firm’s senior associate attorney. He is experienced in, and has handled, every facet of the litigation process. Matthew does not shy away from the courtroom, and has taken numerous cases to trial. He has participated in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as mediation and arbitration, obtaining positive results for our clients. Matthew is also experienced in appellate work, having submitted briefs to, and argued in front of, the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. Matthew is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal courts of the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. Matthew has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the New York City Metro area in both 2013 and 2014.
