Her reputation for assisting people and businesses of every kind with their legal needs was at the heart of the firm. She ensures we provide legal services that are up to her exacting expectations.
With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Pankaj has represented clients in numerous court cases involving commercial, construction, corporate, bankruptcy, estate and guardianship, family, and real estate matters. She is also highly skilled in the areas of banking, taxes and budgeting, and negotiating and preparing contracts. In addition, she has extensive experience with a wide range of immigration law issues, such as investor EB5's, consular processing, employment-based, deportation, removal, writs and waivers.
