Jeffrey has spent over 20 years practicing law and maximizing the rights of injured workers in the state of New York. During that time, he has represented thousands of claimants in their NYS Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claims, respectively. He has a firm understanding of when to use diplomacy and when to be assertive. Jeffrey strives to provide clear communication to his clients so that they understand the law, the process, their obligations and the strategy of their claim. “The only way my client can make the best decision for their unique situation is to fully know and understand all of the relevant facts, those that are advantageous as well disadvantageous, and to weigh them accordingly.” He has a full appreciation for his clients and the adversity of their situations. When he is not strategizing on behalf of his clients, he is a devoted husband and father. He is very active in his child’s Catholic school and church. Additionally, Jeffrey has always been an extraordinary, animal lover and he continues to provide consistent donations and volunteering for local animal shelters. Jeffrey enjoys lifting weights, hot yoga and the martial arts; he has studied Taekwondo, Hapkido, Aikido, and he is currently studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
