I have used Silverman Silverman and Selagman a couple of times, my cases were very complicated with 1 WC carrier taking it all the way to the Appellate court in NY. Both Ray Selagman and Jim Duffy had to learn alot about the trucking industry. There in-depth knowledge was commanding in the court room and in filing briefs lead to unanimous decisions in my favor both times.
