I will echo what the person wrote back in 2020. I too contacted Tully-Rinckey for a time-sensitive employment-related matter. I consulted with and retained an attorney in less than one day. The attorney told me they'd have a draft for my case to show me in 7 days. Here we are months later and I have received nothing but an invoice showing I owe more money. Meanwhile, I keep being told by the attorney other things have come up so my case needs to be put to the side. They have told me several times that a draft is coming any day now, but it hasn't. We have exceeded the time limit I was in and now my retainer is wasted and the firm can do nothing at this point. I have contacted the accounting department several times and still have not heard anything back. I basically paid this firm for literally nothing.

After my second deployment to Afghanistan I was fired from my government job, since it was not "compatible" with being in the military. Mr. Allen Shoikhetbrod took this case and said he could win but first needed a retainer and then some, and then some etc. I said this was all my money but he said if I did not pay the case would stop. So I had no choice but to keep paying. Nearly destitute he "won" the case but was only awarded a couple of grand with him talking nearly all my deployment money
