From our office in Charlotte, North Carolina, the trial lawyers at The Sumwalt Group have worked to make our workplaces and communities safer and to secure compensation for those injured when others make unsafe choices. 99% our clients find us through word-of-mouth referrals. We handle cases at all levels between trial and appeal throughout the Carolinas. We select cases to help with workers' compensation and other complex claims for injury or wrongful death, resulting from industrial safety violations to car wrecks. Our firm has a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in both Appellate Practice and Workers' Compensation Law so you can trust you will get an accurate evaluation of your legal challenge. We also work with a network of top notch colleagues both inside and outside of North Carolina and South Carolina when unique issues come up.
