Overview
From our office in Garner, North Carolina, the Breeden Law Office provides legal services in matters concerning criminal defense, family law, business law and estate planning. We believe that every person has legal rights, and we are passionate about protecting those rights whether someone is contesting a prenuptial agreement or is facing drug possession charges.
Our law office founder, Jonathan D. Breeden, is often referred to as “the bulldog” for his tenacious approach to clients’ concerns. He employs the highest standards of legal ethics and is dedicated to finding a solution that will give his clients a chance to move on with their lives. If a case cannot be negotiated, he will not hesitate to appear on his client’s behalf in court. He knows the impact that a legal matter can have on people’s lives, and nothing gives him greater satisfaction than to know he has played a role in giving them renewed hope and a chance at building a future.
From the moment that people walk into our office, they are treated with the respect and compassion they deserve. We make it a point to keep people informed throughout their case, using email, phone calls and Skype. We copy them on any correspondence provided to the court or to other attorneys, the status of filings and any rulings that have been issued. The Breeden Law Office also serves Angier and Raleigh, as well as Harnett, Wake and Johnston counties.
