Buck Copeland has been practicing workers' compensation defense litigation with Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP since 1987. He has litigated hundreds of cases with favorable results for his clients. He represents employers and carriers in hearings before the Industrial Commission and in appeals to the Full Commission, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court.
Along with several other members of the firm, Buck maintains an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the most prestigious peer review rating that recognizes attorneys who have reached the highest levels of skill and integrity.
Representing a variety of employers, including manufacturers, trucking companies, and retailers, has given Buck the ability to handle any issue that arises under the Workers' Compensation Act.
