I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer in my case! Because the police officer continuously neglected to fulfill his duty and show up for trial, it was a nearly year-long case that Jeremy Cotten diligently saw through til the end, with the case ultimately resulting in a dismissal.

This firm was very professional..I had never received a ticket before and didn’t know the proper process..All I did was gave them all the necessary info and they took care of it. They made things very simple for me and I didn’t have to go to court. Very pleased with the outcome.

I had the unfortunate experience of being stopped by a trooper on Hwy 540. The trooper mistakenly grouped me with another vehicle speeding and passing me in the right lane. It seemed more manageable for the trooper to stop me because I was in the left lane while the speeder was in the right lane. Cotten Law Firm, PLLC is amazing. I had a stop sign ticket (Wake County) a couple months ago – where they gave me at least $250 ticket for a stop sign they just installed 2 days before. I forgot the sign was installed. I went to court to try and fight it and District Attorney denied it. I decided to keep fighting it rather than pay that high fine that would lead to points on my license. Therefore, the 2nd court date was a month later. But 4 days before the court date, I decided to hire Cotten Law Firm, PLCC because I was afraid I wouldn’t get my points dismissed. I called Cotten Law firm 4 days before the court date, and they took my case, fought it, and won. Cotten Law Firm was able to get any potential points wiped.
