Overview
Quinn is an attorney in the Bismarck office, whose practice focuses on employment law and litigation.
As a former federal prosecutor, Quinn has made countless appearances in federal court and tried cases to jury verdict and to verdict at a bench trial. Quinn has successfully briefed and argued cases before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Quinn has experience leading investigations with multiple agencies and stakeholders and using creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Prior to joining Vogel, Quinn was accepted into the U.S. Department of Justiceā€™s Attorney Generalā€™s Honors Program. In 2017, Quinn was appointed as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) in the Eastern District of California where she investigated and prosecuted cases involving illegal narcotics, firearms, sex-trafficking, fraud, and other criminal offenses. In 2020, Quinn was appointed as an AUSA in the District of Minnesota where she expanded her practice to include civil and criminal judicial forfeiture, qi-tam and whistleblower actions, and other affirmative civil enforcement actions.
Quinn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2015. After graduation, Quinn clerked for the North Dakota Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court in Bismarck. Quinn and her husband Andy live in Mandan with their two children.
