Beachwood Medical Malpractice Law Firm
Overview
Located in Beachwood, Ohio, the law firm of Djordjevic & Marmaros, LLC, has been representing victims of medical negligence for over a decade. Each of our partners has devoted over 30 years to learning about the medical industry and arguing their cases in court.
We began our careers in defending hospitals and medical practitioners against lawsuits before we shifted our focus to advocating for plaintiffs. Having designed legal strategies for defendants, we are familiar with the tactics attorneys use to shield their clients from lawsuits. Our lawyers use this knowledge to our advantage because we are able to anticipate the strategy of our opposing counsel and plan accordingly.
Our extensive experience in litigation is one reason we have received record-setting settlements throughout Ohio. As word of our successes court has spread, we have been contacted by other firms throughout the country to serve as co-counsel on their cases.
Serving clients in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs, we limit our practice to these areas:
- Medical malpractice
- Catastrophic injuries
- Wrongful death
We have had notable results in promoting our clients cases for these catastrophic injuries:
- Birth
- Brain
- Spinal cord
We offer free initial consultations and will not charge a fee until we win the case. Additionally, we provide personalized attention from our first meeting with our client until our resolution of the case. Unlike other large area firms, our partners work with clients at each stage of the legal process. Our emphasis on responsive representation ensures that our clients receive the best possible outcome when we go to trial.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
