David R. Vance joined Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. in 2008. David is a member of the firm's Employment and Labor Group and can counsel you through your public and private employment related issues. David was named a 2011 Rising Star in the area of employment and labor law by Super Lawyers. He is editor of the firm's newsletter and regularly contributes to the firm's blog. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the West Shore Bar Association.
David received his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Ohio University. Prior to practicing law, David worked as a contracting officer for NASA drafting, negotiating, and administering multi-million dollar contracts. David earned his law degree (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he was a Barton Scholar and member of moot court. He was born and raised on the west side of Cleveland where he lives with his growing family.
