Milica Prica is an estate planning attorney who joined Cavitch Familo & Durkin in 2023. She is a valued member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Business Practice Groups. Milica specializes in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business planning. She works with clients to create and review customized estate plans, and she handles the administration of trusts and estates. Her practice also includes preparing a variety of estate and gift tax returns and managing corporate and real estate records.

Milica is dedicated to advising clients on both proactive estate planning and probate matters. She is passionate about helping clients secure their family's future and achieve their long-term financial goals.

Milica earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, College of Law, cum laude. While at Cleveland State, Milica served as an Articles Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and published her student note titled “Concealing More Than Your Affairs: A Deep Dive into the World of Cryptocurrency and its Future Influence on Family Law in Ohio.”

She had the opportunity to clerk at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division. There, she assisted Presiding Judge Anthony J. Russo and Judge Laura J. Gallagher with issues concerning the distribution of assets, will contests, adoptions and guardianships, and other probate matters.

Outside of her professional life, Milica enjoys spending time with family and friends, bike riding, and traveling.
