If I wanted to describe them, they are professional, patient, reliable, and understanding clients ' concerns and deal with that with respect and support. I think these are the characteristics of any successful lawyer who wants to gain the trust of his clients. It is a big office, big name, great experience, and they have many branches and many lawyers, but I especially mention the distinguished lawyer the one I dealt with was Mr.Gerald R. Horning, but in general everyone is wonderful, trustworthy, and has a lot of patience.

I had an unfortunate lifting injury at work and was unable to go back to work. A friend advised me to take the headache out of the Workers Comp process and recommended NRS Injury Law. The sign up process was quick and easy and I was assigned a case manager, Darian Beseda, and an Atty., Leah Van der Kaay, both of whom were outstanding. It’s a complex process because it involves medical care for injury and pursuit of compensation for missed wages. Long story short, they got me expert medical attention and rehab, assured that I was payed AND THEY WAIVED THEIR CONTINGENCY FEES !!! because they did not have to represent me n arbitration or before an employment Commission of Inquiry.When the process seemed to be lagging, I actually got a call from a Senior Partner, a Mr. o’Neill who got things back on track. THEY WAIVED THEIR CONTINGENCY FEES AND I HAD ACCESS TO A SENIOR PARTNER. I’m humbled at the expertise and integrity of a law firm that clearly built its reputation on the ethical treatment of its clients. Though everyone I had contact with went above and beyond in my behalf, there was another standout - LISA, the Office Manager!! Run from this office. They are crooked. They tried to force me to accept a payout. 15-1/2 years later I'm still fighting it. They have screwed up my case and black balled my case within the attorney association.

Try to make me sign for personal injury and Worker’s Comp. When they were only handling my workers comp claim. Ms Lawther signed check without my permission.
