Overview
Since 1991, Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz L.P.A. has represented people facing the consequences of serious injuries and losses. From our Springfield, Ohio, office, we continue that tradition by providing legal representation to individuals and families dealing with personal injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, disability claims and other challenging matters.

We also handle workers’ compensation matters, wrongful death claims, bad faith insurance disputes, Social Security Disability cases, and claims involving asbestos and mesothelioma.
Our experience is reflected in the recoveries we have obtained for clients. Since our founding, we have recovered more than $3 billion. Reported results include a $15 million recovery in an auto accident case and a $9 million recovery in a truck accident case. These results reflect individual matters and should not be understood as a guarantee of future outcomes.
For us, effective representation involves understanding the client as well as the legal claim. We listen to the concerns that brought the client to our office and work to identify the issues that may affect the value and resolution of the case. From there, we pursue the matter with careful preparation and determined advocacy.
