Overview

Ben Barker represents clients in all manner of litigation across the State of Oklahoma, with a primary focus on criminal defense and family law in Northwest Oklahoma. Ben is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the courts of the Cherokee Nation. A member of the Oklahoma Family Law Section, and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, Ben's criminal defense work has been featured in national and international new publications, including the Washington Post, New York Daily News, and the Daily Mail (UK). He has also been invited to appear on the NBC television show "Dr. Phil" in connection with his criminal defense work.

Ben is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (2010) and the University of Oklahoma College of Law (2013). An active member of the Garfield County Bar Association, Ben has served as Law Day Committee Chairman since 2017 and represented Garfield County as a delegate at the 2018 OBA Annual Meeting. In 2018, Ben received the Garfield County Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer Award.
