Katherine Mazaheri-Franze is founder and Managing Partner of Mazaheri Law Firm. In 2009, she opened the Mazaheri Law Firm that has grown from a solo practice to a burgeoning law firm with five attorneys and multiple legal assistants in a short time, gaining a powerful reputation for taking on cases leading to extensive recoveries for clients. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including employment law, family law, immigration law, property law, and contract negotiations.

As a dedicated attorney to Oklahomans, she focuses her practice of law on providing straight-forward legal services with compassion. Her most impactful achievements stem from helping underrepresented individuals protect their interests. Through our firm's efforts, we have assisted those citizens and non-citizens suffering from difficulties with strength and compassion. Some of her proudest achievements include cases that have brought families together or fighting against social injustice. She was fortunate enough to expand her own family by adding a new brother and cousin through the adoption process. Additionally, as a business owner herself, she is able to assist other business owners in avoiding the pitfalls of hiring, termination, and discipline of employees.

Mrs. Mazaheri's true passion is her love of family, in particular children. She is a member of EMOMs, Edmond Mothers of Multiples and has contributed towards organizations that focus on children's needs/rights. Her commitment to this cause is demonstrated through her membership in various community non-profit centers in the state. She is currently an active Board Trustee for Youth Services of Oklahoma County and she assists families suffering financial strain from uncontrollable circumstances through organizations such as Oklahoma Lawyers for Heroes as well as Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.

Mrs. Mazaheri has been included in OKCbiz Magazine, featured the Top 40 under Forty Oklahoma business people. The National Trial Lawyers Association has named her one of Oklahoma's Top 100 Trial Lawyers. The National Association of Distinguished Counsel has recognized her as one of the Nation's Top Attorneys. The Mazaheri Law Firm maintains an "AV" peer review rating* in Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating that can be given by peers in the legal community.

Mrs. Mazaheri is admitted to the bar in all Oklahoma state and federal courts, and the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Mazaheri is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association, and Family Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Mrs. Mazaheri is a graduate from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a University of Oklahoma Alumn. Mrs. Mazaheri's experience ranges from years as a real estate associate to clerking for a National insurance company and assisting in contract work for commercial properties through MidFirst Bank. Her legal experience also covers geographic areas ranging from work in Oklahoma City, Washington DC, and Orlando, FL.
