It usually is not the best scenario to have to utilize an attorney; however if you find yourself in need of legal assistance, please consider this firm. We were fortunate enough to be assigned to Nicole Ridley, Esquire along with Katie-Paralegal. Could not have anticipated how prompt, patient and kind they were. Our workers comp case took longer that we thought it would! There were several changes until we finally had a sit down talk with Jesse Rhodeside and then things really took off. he grabbed ahold of our case and kept at it until we got a settlement about three months after our talk. we actually received more money than we thought we would according to the back and forth submissions with the Insurance company, and we got a court appearance three days before they shut things down for the virus and payment was very quick. I would recommend Jesse; and the firm as a whole for anyone who is looking for a successful solution to a Workers Comp issue

For an employment discrimination and termination case I experienced at United Parcel Service (UPS) in May and June of this year, I sought the services of Christopher Marzzacco, "superlawyer," or a trusted colleague. I mailed a written request for consult July 16. I mailed a second written request for consult September 4. Thomas Connolly, a staff member, responded to my second written request. I described the case and sent some documents that I had prepared for evaluation. Shortly after, I received the equivalent of a form rejection email. For a free consult. I questioned the decision. I also asked Thomas Connolly to email a photo, as he has no presence whatsoever either on the law firm website or on social media anywhere. I received a reply from Connolly that the law firm had only begun handling employment discrimination cases last year, and the attorney handling discrimination cases did not feel comfortable taking on cases that had already been filed with the EEOC, who, in my experience, mediate but do not produce judgments for the plaintiff. In summary, I waited almost two months for a form rejection email for a free consult; my request for a photo of Mr. Connolly was completely ignored, not that that is relevant to the case; and I never did speak with "superlawyer" Marzzacco. I cannot recommend this law firm to anyone for any reason. Had I not sent a second written request for a free consult, I would probably still be waiting for a phone call from Thomas Connolly, mystery employee, on October 2, today.

This was a horrible experience. The paralegal they assigned to me was never available oh, she actually took a month off and I was never informed. I contacted a different attorney I was told I would have to have the attorney Release Me From the agreement. They would not do this. They did nothing for me at all except make recovering from several Strokes even more difficult
