Melissa Montgomery graduated Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court Honors. Upon graduation, Montgomery clerked for a Lancaster County Judge for a year. She went on to practice law as an Assistant District Attorney. Montgomery then went into practice with Erin Zimmerer in 2005, forming Montgomery and Zimmerer. In 2016, the Law Office of Melissa R. Montgomery, LLC was formed, which serves over 21 counties in Central Pennsylvania.
