Some examples of our cases include DWI/DUI, cannabis law, drug crimes, sex crimes and all different types of domestic abuse issues. Further details are available upon request about these and other practice areas.
Our Mission
Our priority is the civil rights of our clients. As defense lawyers, we stand up against powerful government institutions on behalf of individuals.
Our Work
The stated purpose of most prosecutorial efforts is rehabilitation. However, in practice, prosecutors and police officers often pursue the most serious consequences possible for every arrest. Defense attorneys, on the other hand, work to uncover any abuse of power. We are proud to hold the state accountable.
Our Team
We are a local Pennsylvania law office with a wide scope of practice. Our principal attorney and founder, Mike Winters, is a Lancaster native. Over the course of his career, he has gained the respect and admiration of clients, colleagues and adversaries.
We have the commitment, knowledge and skills necessary to take legal matters as far as they may go. This includes white collar crime defenses that have a federal aspect. We also handle cases at every stage, including investigation, arrest, initial defense negotiations, litigation and later along.
In short, we operate a dedicated practice with a deep knowledge of the Pennsylvania system. The Law Office Of Michael T. Winters is currently accepting new clients.
