- Successfully defended a water treatment company against $300,000 breach of contract and breach of warranty claims and obtained arbitration award of $146,000 on counterclaim
- Represented property owner in lawsuit for fraudulent conveyance of real estate and obtained substantial settlement prior to trial
- Represented home buyers in action under the Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law and obtained a favorable settlement in early stage of litigation
- Represented a professional poker player in action against IRS and successfully negotiated settlement wherein IRS waived entirety of approximately $30,000 in interest and penalties
