I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to because I know how much I rely on them whenever I’m trying to make a decision about something- especially something as daunting as choosing a lawyer because let’s face it if you need one things are already not going great and that’s the time when you really need to make smart decisions. Awhile back a relative and I opened up a small sandwich shop. Neither of us had ever done anything like that before and mistakes were made. We were naive in blindly trusting the property manager bc he assured us it was the standard lease agreement and this is how it’s done. We didn’t think negotiating was an option.
