Philadelphia Personal Injury Law Firm
Overview
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by contacting the law firm of Dorian, Goldstein, Wisniewski & Orchinik, PC.
Our law firm has been representing clients in Pennsylvania for more than 34 years. Our firm's philosophy has always been to provide personal service and attention to our clients, while providing experienced and aggressive representation. We are a "full service" law firm, with experienced attorneys and knowledgeable staff, who can handle most legal matters for our clients.
Dorian, Goldstein, Wisniewski & Orchinik, P.C. has consistently received the highest possible rating ("AV") from Martindale-Hubbell for high standards of professional ethics and legal ability. Less than 5% of all law firms in the country receive this top rating, which is based upon a confidential peer-review survey of practicing attorneys and judges. We are also very proud that two of our attorneys have been named "Pennsylvania Super Lawyers" by Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics, based upon a survey of over 36,000 attorneys in Pennsylvania, and final selection by a blue ribbon panel of eminent members of the Pennsylvania Bar.
We have extensive experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including all types of personal injury matters, medical and nursing home malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, criminal defense, wills and estates.
No matter how complex, in cases such as medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, auto and truck accidents, and other personal injury claims, you owe us nothing unless we are successful in your case. Cases involving catastrophic injuries can require substantial experience and significant resources, and we would appreciate the opportunity to put our experience and resources to work for you.
For some legal services that typically require a fee, we charge very reasonable rates. Over the years, many of our cases have come to us from referrals from current and former clients, and other attorneys. We appreciate these referrals and recommendations. The trust and confidence of our clients and other attorneys is very important to us.
We believe in public service.
Our attorneys are active in many communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are very involved in the local bar associations, and our attorneys provide a substantial amount of legal assistance pro bono (without charge) to disadvantaged clients.
We have four convenient offices to serve you.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
