Overview
Ed is a Shareholder with the firm. He has been involved in asbestos litigation for more than a decade, both at the Philadelphia Office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and after joining the firm in 2013. Ed has extensive experience in discovery and litigation management, designing innovative approaches to discovery responses and document productions in asbestos litigation. As part of the national counsel teams assisting several firm clients, Ed has managed discovery and litigation strategy in connection with thousands of asbestos cases nationwide. He works closely with client personnel in developing not only responses to discovery, but factual evidence and arguments to refute plaintiffs' allegations of exposure in individual cases. He also works closely with experts in a range of technical areas, as well as preparing corporate witnesses for deposition. He also has extensive deposition experience.
Prior to entering private practice, Ed was a public defender. In that capacity, he handled more than a dozen jury and non-jury trials. He has also worked on a range of commercial litigation matters.
