I understand busy but no answer the first initial call is bad. I've already called another law firm, Please Get an answering service' Not professional at all. I will not be calling or referring this law firm or attorney to any one I know. for Lack of better words GHETTO' Very rude . I was not allowed to get my point across' I Just kept getting reminded how bad my credit was. I called about my drivers license issues and was told to file for bankruptcy ,Highly confused. Then went on to tell me how bad my credit score is again. please be more patient with your ignorant customers. we aren't lawyers with the knowledge you have so please don't speak to people like they are stupid or be shocked when someone is ignorant or unaware of something. I obtained Nothing but a rude individual who over talked me the entire time and made me feel like I was completely ignorant.

I remain very impressed and satisfied with Mr. Harris's prompt response to my initial email and his succinct advise during our conversation. I will definitely retain his services if needed as the child support case proceeds in two months.
