Overview

Nicole Corkery has practiced workers compensation law in Pennsylvania since 1996. She regularly appears in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Court as well as the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board.

She has counseled employers in pre-litigation workers' compensation issues in multiple jurisdictions including Texas, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts and New York.

Prior to joining Littler, Nicole worked in a regional Pennsylvania firm where she handled all aspects of workers' compensation defense for insurers, third party administrators and self-insured employers.
