In 2004, Mr. Kane and Ms. Savinis went to trial on behalf of a mesothelioma victim and were successful. The jury awarded the mesothelioma victim $3,000,000.00 and awarded his wife $3,000,000.00. In 2005 Mr. Kane and Ms. Savinis went to trial on behalf of a mesothelioma victim and were again successful. The jury awarded the estate of the mesothelioma victim and his wife $1,400,000.00.*
