Hired Law firm 2014-2019used grey and grey to help me with a worker's comp case, not only were they unprofessional in every way, if you called them to find out what was going on with your case you were put on the phone with who might have been secretaries definitely not lawyers, who actually gave me the wrong information. They sent me other client's files with dr reports s.s #s addresses phone numbers. I am now left to find these people and return their files or shred those private documents. I had gone to the office to talk to the owner about my case "Robert Grey" and he met me in the lobby and proceeded to talk about my case in front of another client that was sitting there, so much for attorney client privilege. I think the 2 worse attorneys in that law firm is Robert grey and Alissa P Gardos, in my personal opinion she is one of the most Incompetent people I have ever met. If you use this law firm you may be risking alot, when the warmer weather gets here I will be camping out in front of their door with signs exposing them for who they really are, so if you pass and i am out there do not hesitate to ask me what happened to me. Please dont be a victim and use binder and binder for all your s.s needs or services.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
