Hired Attorney 2019-2020i was in disparate need of a great lawyer . i had squatters in my home who where damaging the property ,refusing to pay rent and stealing my money, Through the help of James Franklin a notary and realtor from gulfport i was helped because he called his own lawyer and explained the issues. his lawyer Mr Joseph Hudson , Gulfport SAID: "To BRING Katherine TO HIS OFFICE right then." Mr Hudson is a gracious and kind man and started helping immediately even though it was a 5 PM , as a lawyer he is honest, hard working and thorough. When he found out where they moved to Mr Hudson stayed up all night making sure every area and details were clear and concise to prevent any future problems. with in two days mr hudson had the paper work signed and filed. Mr Hudson was able to solve the problem and my home was now clearly and legally mine. i am forever grateful for the hard work and knowledge that Mr Hudson put into my case . If you need a honest hard working, kind and caring lawyer then you need to call Mr Hudson, satisfaction guaranteed . THANK YOU Mr Hudson Gratefully Katherine

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
